As I mentioned in my Get Fit Resolution for 2016, I’ve resolved to run at least 5 races in 2016. With each race, it’s my goal to improve the time from the previous race. I also want to improve my minutes per mile.
Here are the races I’m confirmed or planning to run throughout the year.
Run Schedule 2016
It’s my hope that having races scheduled throughout the year will keep me focused on training and health all year long. I’ll be pushing myself harder than I have been and am going to stop making excuses for not running.
I’m excited to see how this year progresses and very happy to be pounding the pavement again. In the past I’ve tried to make it a family affair but this year it’s just going to be about me.
