Tracking my health stats is going to be a major key to progress as I tackle my Get Healthy resolutions for 2016. It also involves a little vulnerability. Let’s face it – the numbers aren’t pretty. I am in a place where I need to own the reality of it and use that to motivate me.
What does that mean?
That means I’m going to be transparent about where I’m at in my health progress. I’m going to share the numbers. ALL of them. My weight. My measurements. Even my pathetic run pace. It’s also a way for me to reward my progress and to celebrate the wins. Positive reinforcement is important to success. Yikes! Vulnerable? Understatement. lol

Blood Pressure: TBD Medication? Yes
That’s the nitty gritty of it folks. I’ll be checking my stats on a monthly basis.
