28/365: Pockets of Light

Between work and sleep, it’s hard to find nice pockets of light to take photos of the kids by the time I get home.

Since I happened to be home this day, I kept my eye out for good photo opportunities as we tinkered around the house. Now that he’s learning how to sit up, I plopped him in front of the back door, just as the afternoon sun was streaming in – filtered by the trees lining the main road.

The lighting was perfect.
