Let the countdown begin!
We received official notification that our group is IN the 2014 Nike Women’s Half Marathon.
After posting a pretty awful race time in last year’s race, it’s my goal to finish strong this year!
Here’s the game plan:
- I’m going to commit to my training runs.
- No excuses! I will get on Saturday or Sunday morning to train.
- Run for the Hills! I’m going to better prepare for those San Francisco hills.
- Cross train, including weight training
- I’m going to HAVE FUN!
Keep up to date with my progress by checking back in. I’m counting on you to call me out if my butt isn’t training properly.
