I watched Sully a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed it.
It brings tears to my eyes when anything happens in NYC. The movie had such a range of emotions. It was such a compelling film on different levels. As a bystander, I cannot imagine seeing something like that and not thinking “terrorist”. The way the emergency responders just moved into action and their first instinct is to simply help. And then of course the ones involved from Sully to the people standing on the wings – I can only imagine what it felt like to have 2 feet on solid concrete.
I really liked the scene where the committee was analyzing his response and how Sully responded and walked them through it. That’s a lot of pressure to live with.
Great film!
