So, what is with all the fan drama about the print-shop scene/reunion? These people need to take a chill pill. My goodness. I guess after they saw a bit of script, and a clip, they were nervous that it wouldn’t be done right. So they’ve been whining (or should I say “whinging”? 🙂 ) about it. I am not worried about it. Hell, I’m just happy the dang show is coming back on. The show really hasn’t let me down at all so far, so I don’t think it’s about to start now with this one scene. For the most part, the show has interpreted the book fairly well. Considering how massive, expansive, and pedantic the book is too. I’m looking forward to the scene, and it is one of my faves in Voyager. But, honestly, it’s not the most vital scene to me anyway. There were a few scenes in the the 1st and 2nd book that I like a lot more. The show did pretty well with all of them. The only scene that I’ve been pretty disappointed in was the Jamie healing in the hot water spring/cave thing. That was omitted completely in favor of having that all go down in the monk’s abbey, so I was kind of disappointed in that. I am disappointed that the Caribbean scenes were not shot in the Caribbean. I understand why, but that is too bad. I still can’t wait to see what they are going to use for the North Carolina mountains and for Philadelphia eventually.
