How are your workouts going Mary? So great that you’ve been able to do that. Are they a lot different from what you were doing before? Will you continue on your own, fitting it in at your work gym etc?
We were on workout hiatus when I was sick, and when Scott had the stitches in his leg, but we’re getting back to normal, so that is nice. We still enjoy working out in the morning and getting it over with as many days a week as we can. I never beat myself up over it. I can start walking the ‘hood more now that the pollen has died down.
