That reaction didn’t bother me. I just figured familial relations like that were normal for her. Her brother probably would have slept with her and she would have complied. Her whole life, since birth, had been to reclaim the Iron Throne for her family. And now that could be taken away by the news that Jon delivered…that may or may not be true, in her estimation at least.
Now…I do think that it will push her to the edge. And that’s when she may become the Mad Queen. Again, I kind of expect this because there’s probably madness in their family line due to those previously mentioned ‘family relations’. I’m not opposed to her going mad. I think it jives with the whole story. Love her nonetheless. I just take it as a consequence of her circumstances. She’s been pushed to the brink so many times. At some point, the push may be the one that’s too much.
ITA – Sansa and Dany are very much alike. Pushed to the edge way too many times. How they continue to react will be very telling as we come to the end. I’d be happy with either as ruler if it makes sense. In my head, I see Dany reunited with Drogo. When the “sun sets to the east” — I always felt that quote marked her death and reunited her with him. That’s the romantic in me. I’m prepared for her to die. Goodness knows they killed off all the people I root for. lol
