The funny things our kids say and do.
January 5, 2017 at 8:40 am #3628We re-watched Toy Story 3 over the break, and Rhett asked about Andy going to college. He asked a bunch of questions about college. We explained it to him. Now, he is super freaked out. He said he doesn’t want to leave home, “who will take care of me?” LOL. Then he said “I don’t want to go to college!” 😐 Then, he was like, “I’m never leaving, I want to stay with you forever.” I need to get this recorded as proof that he said this to me once upon a time 🙂
January 6, 2017 at 1:05 pm #3659Awwww! Malia’s already too cool for her mom. Though she still thinks I have awesome sense of fashion, particularly with shoes. 🙂 Malia’s determined to be Moana when she grows up. She’s my earth child.
Maxim is still my cuddle buddy. Speaking of Toy Story – that’s a new fave of his. I have a picture of him at Disneyland with Woody and it’s super cute. He got a Woody and Buzz for Christmas.
January 8, 2017 at 1:13 pm #3671Malia as Moana for Halloween… I can see it!! We love Toy Story. Rhett likes to take out all his Toy Story toys and play with them like Andy. I like to be Mrs. Potato Head 🙂 The Buzz ride at Disney World is one of his faves. He met Buzz last year, but we didn’t stand in the line again this year 🙂
March 22, 2017 at 12:59 pm #4008Last night Malia tells me she’s “Pregnarks”. She wants a baby sister so she’s going to make her belly bigger.
Nice. lol
April 10, 2017 at 6:53 am #4040Hahaha! Oh lordy!! Our piano teacher is out on maternity leave starting this week, and it’s been fun trying to explain to Rhett that she’s having a baby and that’s why she won’t be back for a while. Oh yeah, the questions kept on coming 🙂
April 10, 2017 at 11:46 am #4046LOL – oh the inquisitiveness!
This weekend Maxim got a kick out of embarrassing me. We were at church and every time the room got silent in prayer, he’d blurt out “MOMMY! I farted!” LMAO. Oh good grief.
Then he kept grabbing my boob. When I kept telling him to stop, he’d hide behind my back. Next thing you know, his arm is creeping over my shoulder to grab the other boob – then he whispers “I got your boobie, momma!”
After the last song was sung, he yelled out “Are we done now mom! I want to poooooooooo!”
April 19, 2017 at 5:10 am #4077OMG, haha! Something about poop and farts!! Gotta love it 🙂 Scott and Rhett were pretending to fart on each other’s pillows yesterday, sigh 🙂 Last year, when we flew to see my mom, on the way home Rhett was tired and getting impatient waiting to get off the plane. He kept repetitively saying “booby, booby, booby” loudly over & over again. I apologized to those unfortunate enough to be near us 🙂
April 8, 2018 at 6:43 am #4887Rhett read a book about tornadoes this morning (which he calls “tomatoes” 🙂 ) Then he said, “I don’t want to live in Georgia anymore because there are tornadoes here. I want to live somewhere else like maybe California.” And I said, “Well, California has their own problems, like earthquakes.” And he goes “I hope Max and Malia don’t have an earthquake at their house.” 🙂
April 8, 2018 at 11:32 am #4888Thankfully we’re off of the major fault lines. We will the outer edges of a quake instead of the epicenter. Those are scary enough!
