Today marked the first weekend of the winter break for the kids. The squad was excited to get together for an afternoon of holiday cookie decorating. With the sun shining bright, we set them up in our garage to decorate at their hearts content. After weeks of distance learning & trying to isolate, it was a welcomed sight to have these guys together. These ornament cookie kits are a perfect activity for some holiday fun & gave them an afternoon of creativity.
As for me, I enjoyed capturing the details of their afternoon. The decorated cookies have evolved a bit over the years. My daughter’s was well thought out & crafted. She incorporated the favorite colors of her friends & placed the details with care.
