I’m into simplicity, the traditional red and green theme.   I like keeping my garlands and wreaths free of ornaments. I like a natural look to them… even though they’re fake! =)

I love decorating for the holidays, not only because it puts me in the holiday spirit, but it gives me a nostalgic feeling. My family was really good about decorating when we were younger. When the reds and greens came out, you know the holidays are nearby. I want to keep the tradition up so my kids can feel the same about Christmas… for any holiday, really. When you’re a kid every holiday, especially Christmas, is incredibly exciting. Decorating is one way to keep that excitement as you grow older. I don’t want my kids to lose that feeling.
