A quick and easy way to preserve the look and durability of your kids’ long-sleeved shirts, is to roll up the sleeves a little bit with each wearing. Now, this isn’t foolproof. Kids are kids, and no, the sleeves do not always stay rolled up all day long. But, we’ve had great success with this method for our son’s shirts.
Tip: My son does not like to have long sleeves in his way at school all day. It annoys him to keep pushing up his sleeves for hand-washing, and for messier activities like Art Class. Originally, we came up with this roll-up sleeve method for that reason. And then I noticed it kept his shirts looking nicer for longer, and that was a secondary benefit.
