I got the green light from my doctor to go about my regular lifestyle. Everything is back in place and I’ve completely healed from delivery. So I’m hopping back on the fitness train – time to add some strength training and pound some pavement to prepare for the fall marathon season.
I can’t wait!
I activated my LoseIt profile again today. The numbers aren’t pretty but that’s okay. I did light cardio during my pregnancy so at least I’m not starting at square one. And I’m excited to get my blood pumping again.
Day 1! Here we go!
