I was pregnant during the inaugural season and missed out on this run. So I’m trying to win myself an entry through the NWM DC Training App. Fingers crossed!
Today starts with a 3 mile run. Ack! It’s not so much the distance that bothers me…it’s “When am I going to get it done?!?!” When I wake up, it’s dark. When I get home, it’s dark.
I definitely want to be safe when I work out – so how do you guys fit in your workouts when you work full-time and have kids?
I’m hoping to fit it in during my lunch break – but ick….having to finish off the day feeling grimy isn’t fun either.
