I’ve recently discovered the awesomeness of the New Cricut Explore Air Machine in Gold. I had no idea of it’s capabilities. I know I’ve only tapped into the fun that this machine could do but my first couple of projects were pretty straight-forward.
DIY Welcome Card
With guests coming to stay with us, I thought it would be fun to create a welcome basket to help them feel at home. I used the Cricut machine to create a Welcome sign and Welcome Card.
What you’ll need:
- Cricut Explore Air™ machine
- Boho Welcome Template & the Adventure Is Calling Template from the Cricut Design Space
- Cardstock: I like to use the 12×12. *See the template instructions for color ideas for your project.
- Cricut Cutting Mat
- Glue Dots or adhesive
- Double Sided Tape
The instructions are very easy to follow. A win for me as I navigate the world of arts and crafts. The results gave me the finishing touches that I wanted for my welcome baskets. The “Adventure is Calling” fit in perfectly for the weekend festivities and was snuggled nicely in the basket. The welcome lettering for the kid’s basket added flair and fun.
