We are a family of Giants. (And 49ers…of course, not at all implying that Malia is a gold digger though.)
Of course, we have to imprint this in Malia’s mind from the get go. I can’t have her growing up cheering for the Dodgers or the Cowboys.
Okay, not necessarily my worse nightmare but still. LOL
Anyway, we did our annual SF Giants Race again this year and had our little Malia in tow…geared from head to toe in Black and Orange.
The race, I think she could have done without. LOL While she typically enjoys a stroll in her stroller with her mommy and daddy, enjoying it with thousands of other people? Not so much.
Daddy and Papu ended up carrying her for most of it so that she felt secure and warm. She enjoyed looking at the seagulls, laughing at me running by, staring curiously at all the people wearing orange hair.
Her favorite part was hanging out in the ballpark, crawling around in the outfield and munching on one of the bagels provided by Safeway. The girl had it made. She was up close and personal with AT&T park. 🙂
We were lucky enough to snag tickets to one of the Playoff Games the first weekend of October. So she will get to go to her first game AND it’ll be a playoff game no less. Awesome. Hope she’s a lucky charm! 🙂
