I am very happy with this program! Adopting the practices and following the meal plan + recipes was much easier than I thought it would be. My biggest take away was the concept of Intermittent Fasting.
As I previously mentioned, losing weight was not my goal. I wanted to find a program that better suited my lifestyle and this one fit it wonderfully. I’ve always struggled sticking to my calorie goals every day. I kept forcing myself not to eat in the evenings, even though my body wanted to. Adding intermittent fasting has allowed me to focus my food intake when I need it most – physically and mentally.
